- Registered with the Professional Tax Authority, Govt. of West Bengal, under West Bengal Act for Professions, Trade and Callings XXVI, (1979).
- Registered under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976, Govt. of India.
Main Programmes of CLPOA
CLPOA is involved in ensuring promotion of hygiene education and water sanitation, basic services for the urban poor in Kolkata, maternal & child health for the urban slum and ensures protection of children from abuse and exploitation. Its activities cover various urban and semi-urban locations of Kolkata, Howrah and North 24 Parganas. CLPOA further extends livelihood support for vulnerable youth–thereby helping them to be self reliant and free from any type of exploitations in the slum.
